Army Quartermaster Foundation Ceases Operations
The Army Quartermaster Foundation will cease operations and dissolve its organizational structure effective December 31, 2024.
The Board of Directors of the Army Quartermaster Foundation, Inc., has determined that it is in the foundation’s best interest to dissolve the foundation and transfer all of its current and future assets or bequests to the Army Quartermaster Foundation Charitable Trust. The Trust agreement allows for additional contributions but only in accordance with the following procedures approved by the Trust’s Trustee, Edward Jones Trust Company:

3. Contributions of cash and/or marketable securities once per year per person or entity, with a value of no less than $1,000 will be accepted.
4. Solicitation of contributions on behalf of the Army Quartermaster Foundation Charitable Trust is prohibited.
Please note that Edward Jones Trust Company is the Trustee of the trust and is not a sponsor of it.
The Foundation-appointed Trust Advisors will continue to direct annual distributions from the Trust to qualified and deserving charitable organizations, to include the U.S. Army Quartermaster Museum and the U.S. Army Quartermaster School, to promote preservation of Quartermaster history and heritage.
