Colonel Robert A. Harney, Jr. received a Regular Army commission in 1987 as a Distinguished Military Graduate of the US Army Officer Candidate School, Fort Benning, Georgia. He graduated in 1991, Magna Cum Laude, from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also holds a Master of Business Administration, Webster University; a Master of Military Arts & Sciences, US Army Command and General Staff College; a Master of Strategic Studies, Air War College; and a Master of Divinity Degree, Virginia Union University.
