The Quartermaster Hall of Fame award is the highest form of recognition the Corps offers. This much coveted award honors individuals who are judged to have made the most significant contributions to the overall history and traditions of the Quartermaster Corps.

Chief Warrant Officer Four Jose Millan entered the US Army in 1985 from his hometown in Humacao, Puerto Rico as Food Service Specialist, 94B. His enlisted assignments include Bamberg, Germany; Fort Knox, Kentucky; Ansbach, Germany; Fort Bliss, Texas and Giebelstadt, Germany when he was deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm as the Food Operations Sergeant for Delta Battery, 8-43 ADA. Chief Warrant Officer Four Millan also deployed to Kosovo with Task Force Falcon supporting NATO operations as Advisor and logistics officer. Chief Warrant Officer Four Millan flawlessly oversaw daily logistic support requirements supporting over 5000 Soldiers. While assigned to First Armored Division (2003), Chief Warrant Officer Four Millan deployed to Ramadi, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in support of Combat operations. In 2004 Chief Warrant Officer Four Milan was assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia where he served as the Division Food Advisor. Chief Warrant Officer Four Millan served also as a Department of the Army Civilian with the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence, Army Center of Excellence Subsistence, as the Senior Food Systems Analyst for the Concept, Systems and Policy Division, Fort Lee, Virginia.
