The Quartermaster Hall of Fame award is the highest form of recognition the Corps offers. This much coveted award honors individuals who are judged to have made the most significant contributions to the overall history and traditions of the Quartermaster Corps.

CW5 Cortez Frazier
Class of 2023

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Cortez Frazier served for 35 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Penn State University and a double Masters of Arts in Procurement and Acquisitions and Leadership and Management from Webster University. 

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Frazier served as the Chief Instructor for the Aerial Delivery Field and held numerous positions throughout the Parachute Rigger Field to include service in the 3/75 Ranger Regiment Ranger Support Platoon; 623rd Quartermaster Company (QM) Fort Bragg, NC; 24th QM CO Vicenza, Italy; Defense Logistics Agency, New Cumberland, PA; Echo CO 782nd Main Support Battalion, Fort Bragg, NC.; Joint Logistics Command, 10th Mountain Sustainment Brigade, Bagram, Afghanistan; Division Parachute Officer 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC.; Deputy Chief of Instructional Division, Aerial Delivery, Fort Lee, VA.; Aerial Delivery Military Liaison, Research Development Engineering Command (RDECOM) and Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Center (NSRDEC) Natick, MA.; and retired as the Army Senior Airdrop Advisor for the Department of Defense (DOD) and Allied Nations Parachute Rigger Training and Airborne Doctrine Development at Aerial Delivery and Field Services Directorate, Fort Lee, Virginia. 

Chief Warrant Officer 5 Frazier participated in combat operations and humanitarian missions including Operation Desert Storm/ Desert Shield, Saudi Arabia; Hurricane Fran Disaster Relief Operation, North Carolina; Bosnia and Kosovo Campaigns; and Operation Enduring Freedom.
